If you have forgotten your User ID, please call the Member Contact Center at 800-755-0055 Monday-Friday 7:30 am-5:30 pm CST, or initiate a live chat at www.altra.org Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm CST. You may also visit any Altra branch during business hours for assistance. Reminder, your User ID may not contain your Altra account number.
